Arrow Transport ordered 12 identical Kalmar 44-tonne reach stackers, valued at approximately $12 million. Rather than assigning fleet numbers, management decided to name each machine after long-serving employees, organised by tenure within each state. This creates a meaningful connection between essential equipment and valued staff members. The stackers will retain their employee names throughout their operational lifespan of four to seven years.
